Welcome!
Hello, Upravlenieturizma13, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. In short, the topic of an article must be notable and have already been the subject of publication by reliable and independent sources.
Please review Your first article for an overview of the article creation process. The Article Wizard is available to help you create an article, where it will be reviewed and considered for publication. Speedy deletion nomination of Underground cave "Akmechet"
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Underground cave "Akmechet" requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://turkistantravel.com/material/single/underground-cave-ak-meshit. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - I would like to say that this page has given permission to use their text. One of these days I will grant the Wikipedia Foundation permission to use texts from this site http://turkistantravel.com /. Therefore, is it possible to restore texts that have been corrected and also uploaded by me? Upravlenieturizma13 (talk) 19:00, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
- The order is first permission has to be given, and then a request for undeletion can happen. Td donate copyrighted materials, please follow the steps here: Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials Singularity42 (talk) 19:09, 18 May 2022 (UTC)

Can I ask you, you wrote that if I grant permission to use the texts (copyright), you will restore those articles that were edited. And how can I show you letters that copyright letters have been accepted by the community?Upravlenieturizma13 (talk) 18:59, 27 May 2022 (UTC)
And it can be clarified, since the copyright letters were accepted by the community, and now I will start writing articles on the list of objects /attractions that were included in the letter - what is the probability that they can be deleted or rejected?Upravlenieturizma13 (talk) 19:03, 27 May 2022 (UTC)

Warning
As you can see, I have undone a lot (almost all) of your edits. Almost all of your edits have fallen into one of two problem categories:
- They are WP:Close paraphrases of copyrighted content. You cannot copy copyrighted material and just change a few words, or move the sentences in a different order. It has to be re-written.
- They are content additions not supported by the sources. Interestingly, in almost every case, you added a reference, but the reference said nothing about what you were adding.
I'll be frank - it too a lot of work for me to go through each of these edits individually and assess what had to be removed. Please be more careful when editing. If you are unsure, ask on the talk page first. I would also encourage you to stay away from creating articles until you have a better handle on how to avoid close paraphrases. If you continue these types of edits with the same types of problems - copyright violations and content not supported by the references you are adding - you may lose your ability to edit (because of the time it take to clean it all up afterwards), so you need to be careful going forward. Lake Kyzylkol (Turkestan region) moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Lake Kyzylkol (Turkestan region), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. New articles generally need at least two (but preferably more) references from reliable sources that are independent of the subject that discuss the subject with significant coverage (trivial mentions do not contribute to notability).(See Rule 42) Information that can't be referenced to reliable sources should be removed from the draft because verifiability is necessary for information added to Wikipedia.
I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of Draft:
before the article title) where you can work on the article with minimal disruption from other users while you improve it.
When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready to be published, you can move it back to the article space yourself. However, I recommend that instead of moving it yourself that you follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template that I have added to the page. This submits the article to be reviewed by experienced editors that specialize in helping new editors write their first articles. — Insertcleverphrasehere(or here)(or here)(or here) 20:49, 4 June 2022 (UTC)

This seems to be a reoccuring issue for you. If you own the copyright, please take a read of Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you believe that you do indeed own the copyright of the text and have proof, you can contest the speedy deletion and proceed to sort the issue. WP:DONATETEXT explains this process in proper detail. If you do not own the copyright, do not continue attempting to upload this content. It could result in a block. Unfortunately, I don't know much on this topic, so if you require further assistance, I'd recommend reaching out to either the help desk or the teahouse, where a more knowledgable editor can provide guidance. Aidan9382 (talk) 15:00, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- The fact is that I received confirmation for permission to publish texts from this site. I was answered from the community and sent a transcription that needs to be inserted when using texts and publishing. I don't understand why you don't see this transcription. Turkupt13 (talk) 15:47, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- What do you mean "transcription"? The only way the other works can be copied is if they have a Creative Commons License. All the pages you copy from still claim full copyright on their websites. We cannot copy copyrighted work on Wikipedia (and by default, all works are copyrighted unless something shows otherwise). You could still write an article in your own words and use them as sources, but you keep copying or closely-paraphrasing the sources, and that is theft. Singularity42 (talk) 16:08, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Also, assuming you are the owner of the travel guide being copied from, do you understand that you can't just license it for Wikipedia to use. A Creative Commons License means anyone can re-use your work, provided they attribute it to you. That means your competitors can also start copying all your work, as long as they say it originally came from you. Are you sure you actually want to license commercial information? Singularity42 (talk) 16:12, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @Singularity42, we have received an email from this user on the VRTS where they have shared with us a proof from Turkistan Tourism Centre stating that over a number of 55 publications are published under GNU Free documentation license 1.2 and, with additional terms accepted by Wikipedia- without immutable sections, first page and the last page, and also under CC BY SA 3.0. This is a compatible license and this user should be allowed to copy from them, yes, with attribution. I'm pinging @Turkupt13 to make a note that I'm working on their email further.
Historical place Mynsheyit (Turkestan region) moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Historical place Mynsheyit (Turkestan region), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. – Pbrks (t • c) 22:05, 6 June 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Mazhratut
A tag has been placed on Mazhratut requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
I'd tag this with A7 if there was a "no indication of importance (individual plant)". This tree seems to be some sort of (tripadvisor) landmark, but it has not been subject of reliable sources. Best regards, --Johannes (Talk) (Contribs) (Articles) 02:43, 2 July 2022 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Mazhratut
The article Mazhratut has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
doesn't satisfy the notability guidelines per WP:GNG. The source that is used as a reference doesn't meet WP:RS and I was also unable to find other reliable sources, further questioning the notability of this topic.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Eucalyptusmint (talk) 01:14, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
