Background
I work on film and television (and occasionally video game) articles, mainly of my interest (see below) or just spontaneously. Sometimes only doing minor cleanup and other times total revamps of articles from top to bottom. I have a watchlist of over 800 articles (files, templates, userpages, etc), but the ones below are really my main focus. I watchlist every page I edit, though I try to purge my watchlist monthly. If you want to chat privately about something Wikipedia related [or either tell me what great work I do ;-)], I gladly accept emails.
PS. My major pet peeve on Wikipedia is seeing dates linked (like June 12, 2011). I understand, for whatever reason, this was common practice a few years ago. But why are editors still doing it? It just makes absolutely no sense. It kills me a little inside every time I come across it. —Mike Allen

About me
Hello I'm Mike. (Add me on Google+ here.
One of my first edits to Wikipedia as an IP that I can remember are here and here. I joined Wikipedia in August 2009 (mainly to be able to browse with the then beta layout, Vector) but began editing that October. I was born on April 4, 1989 and reside in the south. I have a daughter named Mindey which is a Catahoula Cur. ;-) That is all.
