Patricia Brooks is Professor of Psychology at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York (CUNY). She held the position of Deputy Executive Officer of the Doctoral Program in Psychology at The Graduate Center, CUNY. She previously served as Faculty Advisor to the Graduate Student Teaching Association of the American Psychological Association, Division 2 (Society for the Teaching of Psychology) (2014-2019).
Dr. Brooks is a Wikipedian interested in psychology. She edits the PSYCH+feminism list that is part of Wikipedia's Year of Science. This initiative encourages psychology students and faculty to improve the number and quality of articles about prominent women in our field. [1].
