Criticism of Noam Chomsky (2)
Wikispan has again whitewashed Chomsky criticism by deleting in its entirety the new section "Criticised for denying the genocide at Srebrenica and other war crimes in Bosnia" written by me - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Criticism_of_Noam_Chomsky&diff=412325336&oldid=412260329 Blether (talk) 11:30, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
PS Wikispan, The nation I reside in has one of the world's top 5 largest economies by GDP. I've been here 20 years and speak the local language fluently. We're not in an American time zone. Are you already set up as a round-the-clock 24-hour global coverage team ? If not, Chomsky's rep here at least will be crumbling while you sleep. For the moment I'm happy just setting the record straight here on Wikipedia. I'm fairly well-adjusted but if you indulge in a tit-for-tat ping-pong "revert" match, you will quickly piss me off enough to go to my contacts in the press here - not to talk about your good self, but to put the record straight in public that way. In fact what the hell, you've already pissed me off that much, I'm getting started on it right now. By the way, we'll also be frantically internet groping, tracerouting and whois-ing just on the off-chance you're actually Chomsky himself or a close associate. That would be *too* juicy. Please be so ! In the meantime, I hope you are living a happy & contented life and that hope & joy fill your heart as regularly as we all deserve. Happy to discuss anything at any time. Good night :-) Blether (talk) 11:49, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
- Kindly refrain from attacking me personally and instead read and respect Wikipedia guidelines. Do not dismiss them. Pay attention to WP:BLP in particular. Your addition is exceedingly poor and can be removed without hesitation. Wikispan (talk) 12:15, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

- I am asking you politely, once again, to read core policies before adding contentious and poorly sourced information to BLPs. You express a desire to damage "Chomsky's rep[utation]". You can post what you wish on random Internet forums. But here on Wikipedia we must maintain neutrality. Wikispan (talk) 13:34, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

- The criticism of Chomsky over his statements regarding war crimes in Bosnia is real and took place in the mainstream press. Please collaborate. Do not whitewash. Your contribution is very poor, destructive and negative. Please point me to where you think I said I want to damage Chomsky's reputation. Blether (talk) 21:18, 6 February 2011 (UTC)

- Straight away the section header is grossly POV. Chomsky is labelled a genocide denier. No ifs or buts -- the man unambiguously is a genocide denier. The opening sentence uses prejudicial language (i.e. "Award-winning journalist") to buttress this assertion (sourced to a personal website). This is immediately followed by some editorialising (sourced to a Wordpress blog). Next we have a blatant falsehood where you say Chomsky suppressed an interview that appeared in The Guardian newspaper when, in fact, he specifically asked for them to keep the article on their webpage but with corrections (again sourced to a personal web page). Followed by more editorialising, and so on. I ask you for a third time, please familiarise yourself with Wikipedia guidelines before jumping in with both feet. Actress
She's part of the cast of "Glee" and "Alvin and the Chipmunks The Squeakquel" so she's not just a singer, she also acts in film and television making her an "actress", so please don't revert. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ChasterUnit0 (talk • contribs) 15:04, 20 March 2011 (UTC)
