- Delete. The main case for notability I see is through WP:NPROF C6, but I don't believe that Universal Business School is a major academic institution. Any marginal notability is tempered by WP:TNT and WP:NOBOGOF: per the disclosure in Special:Diff/1091433803, the article has been mainly edited by a role account, with appearances of editing for pay.
