Animage, February 2005Hello, Nihonjoe. There a small mystery that I am trying to clear up with this issue of Animage, and luckily I saw that you have a copy. This translated interview includes the terms "smacking" and "dabbing", which the translator explains as "placing an object in front of the subject for composition." I couldn't find anything on these terms in English though, so am I curious as to what words that Shinbo used in Japanese. [1] There is a scan of this page, but what I am looking for is on the previous page, which was not scanned (this page begins with the line translated as "Oguro: In terms of story content, how was it? It’s an original story, isn’t it.") Could you please provide a copy of the response with the smacking/dabbing line? Thanks in advance. — Goszei (talk) 00:33, 26 April 2021 (UTC)
Larry Correia Biography sectionGood evening, I saw you helped clean up the Larry Correia Wiki article. Thanks for the help =) I noticed you deleted the Bibliography from the page. I'm somewhat unclear why you did that. You site that its redundant but work section only sites a handful of authors short shorts. Also a tables are more readable and lay out information more effectively Looking at other authors with its common section see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_R._R._Martin#Bibliography IF that needs to spun out into its own page that is another issue. I believe the page 'Doctors Academy Group of Educational Establishments' was removed. I understand this is because it had been created multiple times in the past. I did not personally create these pages, and am still learning the ropes of Wikipedia and was in the process of perfecting the page so it complied with the guidelines based on the reviews given. I quickly undid the UPE which seemed to be the biggest problem and was in the process of fixing any copyright issue. We believe the page is notable as it is an educational establishment and I was wondering if there was any way to get it back and continue improving it to stay in line with guidelines, or to set up a new one from scratch. If this is possible, and if you have any further advice for me, that would be great. Thank you. Afbell (talk) 11:00, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
BYU Family History LibraryHi Nihonjoe, my student has been editing BYU Family History Library. Since we work for the library, it qualifies as COI and I would like another editor to look at it. First--does it pass notability criteria? My student, Cstickle found a few independent news articles that I think establish notability, but we could also merge the page with Harold B. Lee Library or the Family History Library. Let me know what you think. Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 16:23, 15 June 2021 (UTC)

You're the administrator who indefinitely blocked the editor who made the edit and also you're probably quite familair with all of the discussions that have taken place over the years related to this kind of disambigualtion when it comes to Japanese cities who share their name with a prefecture. If this editor was making lots of edits like this, then someone may need to go through their contributions and check to see if they're any other articles which were moved. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:11, 7 September 2021 (UTC)
