Cartoon Network Development Studio Europe is a British animation studio based in London that is owned by Cartoon Network and Turner Broadcasting System Europe, both of which are subsidiaries of Time Warner. It was founded in early 2007 and is the European equivalent to Cartoon Network Studios, based in Burbank, California.[1][2][3][4]
