Announcement regarding Gamaliel
Gamaliel has resigned as an arbitrator because he is currently unable to edit the English Wikipedia and is therefore entirely inactive as an arbitrator. This has come about as a result of circumstances which have been disclosed to the Committee, and which in no way reflect negatively on him. We thank Gamaliel for his service on the 2016 Committee to date and wish him the best.

Please review this decision and draw the arbitrators' attention to any relevant material or statements. Comments may be brought to the attention of the committee on the proposed decision talk page. Sorry to see what's been happening to you
I've got a friend who's a writer and a columnist who wrote several pieces about the Gamergate stuff - to this day, those freaktards won't stop harassing and hounding him. They even tried to SWAT him twice. It must really suck watching them given free rein to harass people here. Prostetnic Vogon Jeltz (talk) 21:09, 22 May 2016 (UTC)
