Thousands of times every day we make the most fundamental of decisions -- whether to build up or tear down.

A Celebration of Women Writers
- Editor (Ongoing, 1994-present)
Wikipedian In Residence
- Chemical Heritage Foundation, Philadelphia, PA, USA: (May-June 2013; September-December 2013; January-June, 2014; ongoing as of September 2014)
- I am employed by the Chemical Heritage Foundation, a cultural institution per WP:GLAM, as a Wikipedian In Residence. I accept the editing conditions specified at that page. I will not make any edits that would not be beneficial to the goals of Wikipedia. I will uphold the community policies laid down by WP:GLAM. I will modify my editing behavior based on problems cited by other editors or if my editing conflicts with other Wikipedia guidelines. I ask that other editors do not hesitate to contact me, via my user talk page, if I appear to be going against this declaration.
- Areas of focus in the Museum's collections include historical materials on Alchemy, the Arnold Orville Beckman archives, and materials on Women in science and Chemistry.
- My job involves helping people to explore the potential for sharing resources through Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons. My activities tend to fall into 3 main areas:
- image release on Wikimedia Commons
- editing of articles, primarily relating to scientists and the history of science
- outreach to people and organizations, primarily in the Philadelphia area
- For more details on this project, see the Chemical Heritage Foundation Project Page and the summaries below.
