Awarded to Dunkleosteus77, who successfully promoted Whale to GA status. It is always nice to see extremely important articles that are high in quality. Despite the unfair criticism you have faced, I admire your efforts and I wish you good luck! Burklemore1 (talk) 06:25, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
I'm Cocoa, an incredibly good-looking seal point Birman with flawless fur and deep blue eyes. I lead a simple life in the calm suburbs of Seattle which would go a lot more smooth if everyone weren't so annoying. Anyways, I spend most of the time sleeping late and eating food (from a bowl, or sometimes the dinner table when no one's looking) and have an eight 'o' clock curfew.
Problems in life
First of all, I couldn't get an actual picture of me, so I had to get another cat slightly less handsome than me; I did get better pictures for the other cats though...
Secondly, I have four lazy servants who won't do as I say! Also, they horde all the good stuff to themselves on that fancy table which is incredibly hard to get to. Eventually I'll break a leg trying to get up there if they don't give good things and serve me that small, brown, mushy abomination they call "gourmet cat food". And yet they still call me chubby; it's fur!
Thirdly, I have an annoying kitten following me around and some weird neighborhood stray and the neighbors cat.
Amber
Amber
Amber is a two year old lynx point kitten who is always getting in my business, following me everywhere and always taking the best spot on the couch. The only good thing about her is that we all get treats when she comes back from a long outing. I've only known Amber for two years, and for those two years she was a menace. When she was barely one, she used to bring a mouse with her when she came back inside. I remember one day she chased a rabbit inside. That was the second worst day of my life. She also liked to tackle me at random points in the day. She'd just wait behind a chair or the trash bin waiting for me to walk by so she can tackle me! More recently, Amber has been keeping everybody up at night with her constant meowing. Why can't she be outside in the day, when I'm sleeping, and sleep at night so that I can actually get my twenty one hours of sleep?
Ginger
Ginger
That is a picture of a Ginger look-alike. But she only looked like that when she was two, and I should know, I've practically known her my entire life! Ginger is a lilac point Birman with some bad eye problems (like her uncle Tundra did) and is like 90% fur which makes her look way fatter than me. Ginger and I were taken to our retirement home at the same time. It should have been just me going, but the person who was trying desperately to get rid of us insisted on taking Ginger along with me. Should have let her stay. Ginger is like that lazy sibling who you wish you never had. She's basically the same age as me, but has not aged as well as me. She's probably deaf and blind by the looks of her. All day Ginger lazes around somewhere or the other. She's always either on a blanket, in the sun, or in a box. The only time she actually gets up is when it's time to eat and even then she's sometimes is sleeping through it. Ginger and Amber have a really bad relationship. If Ginger gets of whiff of her (seriously, she sniffs her for a little bit) she just hisses and paws at her.
Alley
Alley
Alley was a thorn in my side, just like Amber. Alley was a seal point birman kitten. She acted exactly like Amber (except not as annoying), but she ran away a couple years back. Good riddance, until my servants thought they had a void to fill. That's how Amber came along.
Tundra
Tundra, Ginger's uncle, was a seal point Birman who used to be a show cat. In fact, when he was a kitten, he won a ribbon as the cutest kitten (top 100). Eventually he got really old and couldn't groom himself and his eyes were like Ginger's eyes. His fur got real nasty. My servants shaved his fur off, and he looked like an old-cat-version of a poodle. He eventually got so nasty that my servants had to return him, where he died three days later. It couldn't have come sooner. Unfortunately for me, my servants felt that, to fill the void in their lives, they had to adopt another cat, and that's how I got stuck with Alley. They threw out one mess and came back with another!
El Gato
El Gato
El Gato was a fluffy, grey cat with really yellow eyes that I never met. All I know was that she was a girl cat (and for all of you who don't speak Spanish, "El Gato" means "The Male Cat"). Only Tundra lived with her. When she died, my servants felt they had to fill a void, and adopted me and, unfortunately, Ginger.
Bandit
Bandit
Bandit is the new neighbor's dog. He's annoying and hyper, and is always checking out some stupid flower bush. Dumb dog...
Other cats in my life
"OJ"
There's this stray orange tabby that used to wander around here a while ago. He comes up to the door and my servants, ""my"" servants, feed that beast! They also refer to him as "OJ". Who names a cat after a drink? I really hate that dude. One day I saw him and I gave him a fight he won't soon forget! And I would've made sure he never sets foot in this neighborhood again, but one of those meddling neighbors broke it up. Can you believe that? What was worse was that he came back the next day. Everytime he came he tried to enter my house! He stopped coming back around a month or two ago.
Neighbor's cat
The new neighbors have this black cat with a nice blue collar. At least I think it's the neighbors cat... Nice cat, I guess; comes around at ten or so every other night. Only see that cat through the windows of the door since ten is way past my curfew.
Local Wildlife
The following are animals that I myself, my servants, or that annoying kitten have seen. Watching some of these prevent me from dying of boredom...
