I work in international trade, natural resource forecasting, industrial and manufacturing process trends, international consumer demand trends, volunteerism, and related fields, and evaluate associated financial strategies and tactics. I started editing Wikipedia as part of an individual study lab for contemporary media arts during my senior year of college. My lab advisor has been a Wikipedia editor since 2006 and is still active here.
I deeply appreciate everyone who has commented on my work, given me suggestions, and incorporated some of the news items I suggested into articles. I have been learning a lot from everyone. I have edited more than four dozen articles and plan to edit several more. My lab report can not be published, because it includes excerpts of email discussions shared in confidence, including potentially identifying information concerning editors whose real life identities are most likely not known here.
Please leave feedback about me, good or bad, on my talk page.
Ellen
“Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires.” (Please note this is a paraphrased abridgement)
