Purpose
You can use this template to notify a user that you have responded to his/her message on your own talk page on another WikiProject.
Usage
placed under a new section at the bottom of the recipient user talk page. To use this template to inform your intended Wikipedian of a message on a talk page on another project:
- Go to the target talk page.
- On the top of the page, click on "New Section" button/link. It should look like this:
- In the "Subject/headline" box, type a descriptive title.
- In the message section, enter the following:
{{Interwiki talkback|page=|project=|section=}}
The first two parameters are mandatory, butsection
can left empty. - Save the page.
Wikipedia will notify the recipient of having a new message in his talk page. When he visits his talk page, he should see your notice and (hopefully) follow the link to your user talk page.
Notes
- Do not substitute this template!
- Do not insert this template in a section header; use it on a line by itself
