Please don't remove the maintenance templates from the article. They are there to let the other editors know that the article could be improved and are in no way a reflection on your contribution. Removing the templates is considered as disruptive editing and could get you blocked. Sesamevoila (talk) 17:43, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
Please stop. Continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sibichen K Mathew, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing. Sesamevoila (talk) 04:52, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Sibichen K Mathew. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Biographies of living people must be correctly and accurately referenced. The Education Section is completely unsourced (there is no proof of his education) and will shortly be removed if no reliable third party sources are added. The article is also written in a promotional tone and you may wish to improve the prose for encyclopedic neutrality. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 06:24, 4 September 2012 (UTC)

Hello Harishrawat11,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Daya Shankar IRS for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can , but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Danrok (talk) 14:53, 27 September 2012 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Daya Shankar (IRS officer)
![Ambox warning yellow.svg](https://web.archive.org/web/20121130102228im_/http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/7/74/Ambox_warning_yellow.svg/48px-Ambox_warning_yellow.svg.png)
The article Daya Shankar (IRS officer) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Salvio Let's talk about it! 15:40, 29 September 2012 (UTC)
Nomination of Sagar Alias Jacky (Character) for deletion
![](https://web.archive.org/web/20121130102228im_/http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/5/5f/Ambox_warning_orange.svg/48px-Ambox_warning_orange.svg.png)
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Sagar Alias Jacky (Character) is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sagar Alias Jacky (Character) until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. SarahStierch (talk) 09:44, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
Maintenance tags
Please don't remove maintenance tags without actually fixing the underlying problem like you did at Daya Shankar (IRS officer). It is still unclear if that person is notable, and the article does need more references. Until those problems are fixed, the tags must remain. Qwyrxian (talk) 22:58, 15 October 2012 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 20
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Investigation Division of the Central Board of Direct Taxes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Member (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Sagar Alias Jacky
This page has been nominated for deletion because there isn't any sign of notability. For articles to be accepted, especially for characters, the content must be properly sourced by reliable third-party sources (not self-references such as Wikipedia). Considering the character has only been featured in two films, this suggests the character is not notable and probably hasn't received any fame aside from those two films. Additionally, any information about the character would be available at each of the articles for the films. SwisterTwister talk 20:43, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
Removing AfD template
Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Sibichen K Mathew. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it. Snotbot t • c » 21:57, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
November 2012
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please make sure to include an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! This is especially the case when you are nominating an article for deletion. Thanks! KTC (talk) 10:00, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
- When nominating an article for deletion, please also ensure you transclude the discussion page onto that day articles for deletion log as per step 3 of WP:AFDHOWTO. This way, other editors will be able to see an article have been nominated for deletion and possibly give their comments. Thanks! KTC (talk) 10:10, 2 November 2012 (UTC)
Sibichen Mathew
i DID NIT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE DELETED dR sIBICHEN k mATHEW a lot o people have asked to keepit and the consensus was more to keep it. i didnot understand whyu deleted atleast can you restore to myuerpg soi can work on it.(Harishrawat11 (talk) 01:43, 3 November 2012 (UTC))
- Hi Harish,
- I deleted the article because there was consensus to delete the article, which did not establish the notability of its subject. I have a placed a temporary copy of the article at User:Harishrawat11/Sandbox so you may work on it for a while. The article may only be restored to article space when it meets our general notability guidelines. It may not use other Wikipedia articles as references. Best, Firsfron of Ronchester 04:14, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
- I've deleted your sandbox page, since no edits were ever made to improve the article. Firsfron of Ronchester 21:53, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
Recent AfD nominations
Hi Harish, you have recently nominated many bio articles for deletion, including S. Sadagopan, Thirumalachari Ramasami, and Tarlok Singh (economist). They all clearly passes Wikipedia's notability guidelines. I suggest you to read WP:GNG and other relevant guidelines related to notability of living people before nominating any more articles. Thanks. Salih (talk) 06:35, 4 November 2012 (UTC)

- Please read Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion#Nominating_article.28s.29_for_deletion carefully before nominating any other articles, several of your nominations have contained errors, aren't displaying properly and/or contain insufficient reason. For Pares Chandra Datta, you added "Peson is not notable.Needs additonal citations for verification, poorly referenced" as your reason. Simply because the article lacks additional citations is not an appropriate reason and it would be better if you searched for them yourself rather than nominating for deletion, it would save resources and time. When nominating articles, searching with Google News or Google Books may provide useful sources. For academics, please use Google Scholar. Providing a wider reason especially evidence of your search, will weigh more than a short sentence or two. If you need additional help, please visit the link I provided above or contact me at my talk page. I've nominated quite a few articles and am familiar with the process so I would be happy to help you. SwisterTwister talk 03:02, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

- Another AfD error is S. Sadagopan where the AfD nomination, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/ S. Sadagopan, contains a space. The AfD software is sensitive so any spelling or spacing error may affect the nomination page and transclusion. SwisterTwister talk 03:06, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

CAN I RE INTRODUCE MY ARTICLE.
sir, can i reintroduce my article Sibichen K Mathew with only relevant points and having established notability.(Harishrawat11 (talk) 02:46, 6 November 2012 (UTC))
- Harish,
- Please spend some time working on the article that I placed in your sandbox, above. Firsfron of Ronchester 07:45, 6 November 2012 (UTC)
Hello again, Harish. I took a look today at the references in the article and my analysis is on the talk page of the article. The bottom line appears to be this: the references do confirm his positions with the government, but that is all. There is no significant coverage by independent reliable sources which would qualify the article for inclusion here under the general notability guidelines. And he does not appear to qualify for an article under other criteria, such as WP:POLITICIAN or WP:ACADEMIC or WP:AUTHOR. In my opinion this subject does not qualify for a Wikipedia article. This is nothing against him; he is clearly a person of high achievement and high status; but it takes more than that to have an article in an international encyclopedia like this. Of course, you are free to put the article back in mainspace, but chances are it will only get deleted again. Sorry! --MelanieN (talk) 16:36, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
- Harish, I am sorry you are so frustrated about this. You have now gotten opinions from a half a dozen or more people here; several have made a good faith attempt to help you with it; and they all say the same thing: this man is not appropriate for a Wikipedia article, according to the criteria of this encyclopedia. You need to get the message. It doesn't really matter how the article is written; it's a question of the person himself. Not everybody in the world is appropriate for a Wikipedia article - I'm certainly not, even though I have been mentioned by Reliable Sources now and then. There are other places on the internet where you can put the information about this man, but it doesn't look as if Wikipedia is one of them.
- And some advice: don't take it so hard, or so personally. This isn't a judgment against you or against Mr. Mathew. It's just a judgment about what kind of articles Wikipedia should have. I notice you went out and nominated a bunch of other articles for deletion, out of your frustration, and people warned you not to do that. Some of the articles you nominated do need to go, but some of them clearly meet Wikipedia's criteria. Since you don't seem to understand Wikipedia's criteria, you should not nominate articles for deletion.
- Is there anything I can help you with - aside from this one article? --MelanieN (talk) 02:21, 10 November 2012 (UTC)
In response to your feedback
Some editors have forgotten what it is to be a new editor here. But not all editors are as "not warm" as the others, and we shall try to help you in anyway possible. For starters, you can go to the Teahouse - they are quite helpful to understand wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Teahouse
But you also got to see if what the other editors are saying is correct. Most of the times, they do have a point. Its usually helpful to go through the Article for Creation before you create a new article. That way, its easier to verify if the article meets the quality standards here.

Merge of "List of converts to Islam from Hinduism"
Hi, you posted a 'merge' template on the "List of converts to Islam from Hinduism" article about two weeks ago. May I ask what page you wanted to merge this one with? It usually should be included as part of the full merge template. I'll add it in if you want, as long as you can point out to me the redundant article(s). Thanks.--ɱ 21:45, 15 November 2012 (UTC)

The edits you reverted at this article were not frequent and blatant vandalism so it would be pointless to protect the article. Warning the user should suffice but if not, request page protection at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection for the future. SwisterTwister talk 04:34, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
