No, actually wanted to create sandbox, but messed up. Looking for the correct deletion template. Any ideas, as I've got few more that need to be tagged and always have trouble finding, ie one editor has created page, etc etc etc... Thanks

Your DYK Wind power in New Jersey
I reviewed your DYK, Hook, length, date all check out, however, facts such as "In August 2011 legislation was enacted to support the development..." are factually incorrect and need to be looked at before the approved tag can be accorded. A reference or two for legislature dates would also be needed. When these are done, just notify me on Talk page for me to accord the Ok tag to the DYK. Hi, I just approved your hook. Nice job on the article! I'd just like to mention that in your references, you don't need to include the entire string from WP:Citation templates, only the parts that are applicable to the citation. I think all the extra characters take up needed space on the Wikipedia server. Best, Yoninah (talk) 21:10, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Buckelew Mansion
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Buckelew Mansion, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.jamesburg.net/jha/savehistory/historyprofile.html.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. Contributor copyright investigation
In response to a clerk recommendation at Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2011 July 12, I have listed your contributions for a contributor copyright investigation, as it seems necessary to ensure that content you have added is compliant with Wikipedia's copyright policy. I'm afraid that in addition to the articles about which you've already been notified here, I've found that you have copied content from other articles and translated content from other Wikipedia projects without attribution (Neighborhoods in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and Prince's Flag, respectively). Since Wikipedia's content is not public domain, I'm afraid that this is a violation of our contributors' license. While you are welcome to take content from any Wikipedia article, you do have to provide proper credit to the original authors. (The procedure is explained at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.) I've repaired those two instances.
If you are aware of any other instances where you may have copied content from one article to another or translated text from one language to another, even if it was a long time ago, please make sure you go back and provide proper attribution.
With respect to the CCI, it is not custom to provide you with a notice for every article in which an issue is found. This is in courtesy to you, to keep from cluttering up your talk page with notices. If you wish to know what articles are tagged as problematic, please watchlist the listing at Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/Djflem, as well as its two subpages. Sometimes contributors who are less familiar with CCI may provide you notices here, unaware of this practice. In that case, you are, of course, welcome to remove the notice.
If you have questions about this, you are welcome to come by my talk page. I will be traveling this week, but will still be checking in at my talk page, and I have talk page stalkers who are knowledgeable about these issues and may be able to assist you if I am not readily available. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 00:37, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
Suggestion to pull WikiProject U.S. Streets under WikiProject United States
It was recently suggested that WikiProject U.S. Streets, to which you are a member, may be inactive or semi active and it might be beneficial to include it in the list of projects supported by WikiProject United States. After reviewing the project it appears that there have not been any active discussions on the talk page in some time and the only content updates appear to be simple maintenance so being supported by a larger project might be beneficial. I have begun a discussion on the projects talk page to see how the members of the project feel about this suggestion. --Kumioko (talk) 00:30, 4 August 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Summit Playhouse
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Summit Playhouse requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Karthik Nadar (talk) 06:00, 12 September 2011 (UTC)
Re: Carnegie libraries in NJ
Regarding the Union/Union City/Union Hill confusion--
My original purpose in creating those lists of libraries was to digitize a resource that was (and still is) fairly obscure in print; namely, the original lists of Carnegie libraries, culled from the four references listed at the bottom. As I recall, those lists were themselves pulled from Carnegie's archives, on microfilm in New York, and they reflect the name of the municipality at the time the grant was made. I can't promise I didn't miscopy the name, but I doubt I omitted an entire word. I didn't do any research on any of the state lists, but I wouldn't be surprised if there's some confusion with modern place names. I can doublecheck one of the original sources that I have access to, but it's not easy for me to get copies of the other three. Probably the best resolution is to pore through related media around the time of the grant to try to figure out where 'Union' is. Hope that helps! Cheers. --McMillin24 contribstalk 17:07, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

Grand Prix of America/Port Imperial street circuit
I noticed that you (at least, I tihnk it was you) proposed merging the Grand Prix of America and Port Imperial Street Circuit articles. I imgaine you felt the merge was necessary because of similar content between the two pages. However, it is a common practice for Formula One-related pages to have separate pages for the circuit and for the parent event. As more information becomes available, the two pages will start to head in very different directions. For example, if you look at United States Grand Prix and Circuit of the Americas, you will see that they share some similar content because they are inherently related, but a separation is completely necessary. As more information about the Port Imperial circuit and the Grand Prix of America emerge, the pages will evolve. Merging might have benefits in the short-term, but with the race just under two years away, information will come thick and fast. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 04:38, 30 October 2011 (UTC)

Hey
I would like it if you would stop reverting my edits on this page as I am trying to expand the page, but you mass-reverting it is not helping. So what if it is adequately covered in the main article? If anything, having the separate page is great because it will allow for people to know that it is there and expand it. Constantly reverting me is not cool because the hospital did exist for a long time, is a huge complex, and treated many people, something that a lot of the existent hospitals today have never done. As to your charge that it is covered better in the main article for Ellis Island, that is utter crap. There is more information potential in a separate page with a sentence and infobox with a photo than one which mentions the hospital in one sentence. Additionally, having the page within another article restricts its potential in more ways than one. I know you mean well, but please stop reverting me as I am trying to expand the encyclopedia, and reverting pages like that is not how I like to spend my time and energy. I'm sorry if I offend you here, but I am trying to not escalate the situation further and I don't want us to get blocked for violating the 3RR rule. Thank you for reading this and have a wonderful day. Kevin Rutherford (talk) 01:43, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of List of cemeteries in Hudson County, New Jersey
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on List of cemeteries in Hudson County, New Jersey, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Thanks for cleaning up the article and adding a bunch of new information. I definitely think it won't get deleted. Two questions: do you want to move it back to HD Draw, and would there be value to creating a nav template for these rail bridges? - Theornamentalist (talk) 21:27, 10 October 2012 (UTC)

- I don't think it will meet DYK requirements... it's over five days since creation, and I don't think it's been expanded 5X. Maybe they can give some leniency for the creation date; I've seen them do it before. - Theornamentalist (talk) 12:12, 12 October 2012 (UTC)

Hackensack River crossings
While messing about on the page, I noticed a crossing that appears to be missing from the list: There appears to be a bridge at 41°04′13″N 73°58′32″W / 41.07024°N 73.97554°W, carrying what's labeled (on the Google map) as Fifth Avenue over the river. It would go between the Palisades Interstate Parkway and Western Highway entries. Deor (talk) 22:56, 27 October 2012 (UTC)
- As far as the source of the river goes, the coordinates given for the source and the mouth in the infobox of Hackensack River appear to be correct—they agree with what the U.S. Geological Survey topographical map shows. One last point: The coordinates given in the list for the Lake Tappan Dam are for what looks like a causeway/bridge (it's hard to tell from the Google map) carrying Poplar Rd. / Washington Ave. Is that actually the dam, or is the dam the thing a couple of hundred feet downstream? Should there be two entries here? Deor (talk) 23:54, 27 October 2012 (UTC)

Individual Article on Hillric Bonn? and perhaps the other Hudson tycoons.
Noticed all your fine contributions, esp. the railway, and was wondering what you thought of an Article on the Bonn's, particularly Hillric? The connection between the railway, Palisades Amusement, Eldorado, etc., all gets lost in the references. You and other are certainly more knowledgeable than myself. I have a tendency to put stubs of articles out and receive criticism for their lack of completeness; but, times a wasting...and maybe something is better than nothing. Let me know your thoughts? Personally, my roots are not in the area; but find it fascinating being that "it" spilled out to the rest of the country from there.

Re Airports in the New York Metropolitan Area
Firstly, one cannot do a cut and paste move they way you did, as it violates the terms o the GFDL and CC-SA licenses that Wikipedia works on. If you objected to my rename, you should have just moved them back over the redirects created by my move. Now the edit history is such that admin would need to fix everything.
Secondly, the title "Aviation in the Port of New York and New Jersey" is terrible. It is severely unlikely to be searched for, as the term "port of New York and New Jersey" is both exceedingly uncommon and describes the sea ports. No one is going to put it in the search box while looking for the airports, "New York Meteopolitan Area" is the most common term to describe the area, which is why the main article on the metro area is at that name. This article should match it.
Thirdly, once I found that afd refered to, the consensus was to merge at precisely that name. Where you came up with the title you gave it I have no idea, but it was not the one the afd consensus pointed to. We should stick with what is already agreed upon. oknazevad (talk) 06:32, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
- The merge is now indicated, preserving history. The article is AVIATION, not AIRPORTS and title rightly describes that activity. Redirects will satisfy searches.Djflem (talk) 06:42, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
-
- Still incorrectly done, as claiming a cut and paste move as a merge is a dodge at best. But he point remains that the use of "Port of New York and New Jersey" is a terrible choice and not what the afd called for. "Aviation in the New York metropolitan area" is better if you think "aviation", not "airports" should be the title. But it still is all sorts of screwed up. oknazevad (talk) 14:09, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
Number of Spans for Putlaski Skyway
There appears to be a discrepancy on the number of spans for the Pulaski Skyway. NJDOT, who has controlling authority over the Pulaski Skyway and will be doing the rehabilitation work on all of the spans for the Pulaski Skyway indicated there are 118 spans based on the 2 links below.
1. Previous link that was cited in the Pulaski Skyway article. It was the basis for citing 118 spans. Dee, Joe & Greeley, Tim (January 10, 2013). "Pulaski Skyway rehabilitation project to close northbound travel lanes commencing in 2014" (Press release). New Jersey Department of Transportation. Retrieved January 12, 2013.
2. NJDOT presentation about the rehabilitation work that is needed for all spans for the Pulaski Skyway. See p. 23. [1]
The link that you provided for indicating 108 spans was from the December 2003 submittal for nomination of the historical Route 1 Extension, which includes the current Pulaski Skyway and Route 139, with the National Register of Historic Places. The discrepancy is due to a difference on where NJDOT considers the beginning of the Pulaski Skyway in Jersey City and where authors, who prepared the document for NRHP nomination, considered the beginning. It should be noted that the authors were focused on the entire Route 1 Extension, which includes Pulaski Skyway and Route 139. So, if they were off by a couple of spans that were attributed to the Pulaski Skyway, there would be no repercussion to their submittal to the NRHP.

Diagram provided seems to indicate that there are more parapets, and hence spans, east of Tonnele Circle than the 108 which are numbered in it, though it does not show how many additional ones there are. If NJDOT misses rehabilitating even one span, their repair work will need to be redone.
I would recommend that the number of spans be changed back to 118 with the previous NJDOT citation since they will be doing the work on all 118 spans. Let me know what you think. Wondering55 (talk) 19:16, 11 March 2013 (UTC)

Please explain why the citations for NJ Route 1 Extension (Item 1 below), federal register of historic places (Item 1), and NJ State register of historic places (Item 2) were removed from lead of Pulaski Skyway. I thought they were useful citations. The main text of the article no longer identifies NJ Route 1 Extension as being listed on the federal NRHP.

Weehawken Port Imperial
If you're going to have a version of the infobox in the Weehawken Port Imperial article, maybe the HBLR segment should just be split off again. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 00:01, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

- It would very discombobulating to separate it or to place the RAIL infobox at the top of the page Djflem (talk) 01:03, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
- Not really, since every other railroad station article has the infobox at the top. I realize that rail service isn't the only service there, but that doesn't change the fact that the thing is out of place right now. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 12:21, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
- Claiming "out of place" is POV by stressing that every other railroad station article places it at top. Port imperial is an intermodal hub, and firstly a ferry terminal serviced by light rail and buses, not the other way around. Prioritising a lightly used tram station by placing above other sections (such as intro, history, etc) over a much more heavily used ferry terminal is skewed and a case of the tail wagging the dog. WWOR-TV
Please stop re-adding the sentence on the "pending license renewal" in the introductory paragraph. We try to limit intros in TV and radio station articles to the basics: call letters, channel/frequency, location, ownership, etc. At best, the "pending license renewal" stuff is miscellaneous in relation to what is included in the intro, and there is a section in the article which explains that issue in-depth. Elevation of Eastern Terminus of Pulaski Skyway
The Pulaski Skyway crosses over Tonnele Circle and then quickly descends by ramps to grade just west of John F. Kennedy Blvd. "NRHP Registration Application". (see p. 50) shows the ramps coming down to grade in the cross section view. "Google Maps". shows the Pulaski Skyway coming down to grade if you zoom in just west of John F. Kennedy Blvd. and go to camera street view and look west at the eastern ramps of the Pulaski Skyway as they climb towards Tonnele Circle.
The NJ DOT is including these ramps that go from grade to passing over the Tonnele Circle as part of the Pulaski Skyway rehabilitation project.

Repositioning Paragraphs in Pulaski Skyway Description Section
You did an excellent job of editing and condensing issues regarding different versions of overall length and removing unrelated details of Route 139 outside of the Pulaski Skyway boundaries.
I would suggest improving the Featured Article quality by reordering paragraphs to reflect best editing practices with most important and primary information first. I would consider the differences in the overall length of the skyway to be a secondary issue. It would be a good idea to start the lead-in paragraph with the original primary paragraph that we had before since this is what readers would be most interested in. I would suggest the paragraphs be reordered as shown below.
Let me know what you think. Please feel free to proceed in what you think is the best interest of the article.

- 1) The four-lane skyway carries the US 1/9 concurrency..........
-
- 2) There is limited access to the freeway:...............
-
- 3) Before the 1953 highway renumbering in New Jersey, the skyway was also part of Route 25.[1] The original designation, part of the Route 1 Extension, referred to the Route 1[2] that largely became Route 25 in the 1927 renumbering.
-
- 4) Built as part of the 13-mile (21 km) long Route 1 Extension[3][4] sources differ on the length and terminal points of the skyway.[5] The National Bridge Inventory identifies the Hudson County section as 14,906 feet (4,543.5 m)[6] and the Essex County section as 3,592 feet (1,094.8 m).[7] NJDOT, in historic roadway and bridge studies, describes it as 16,000 feet (4,900 m) long[8][4] with the Hudson County section as 14,900 feet (4,500 m) long.[9]. Other sources[10] such as the National Register of Historic Places, [11] The New York Times[12] and The Star-Ledger[13] describe it as being 3.5-mile (5.6 km) long.
-
- 5) Some maps, including one of Newark (1938),[14] one of Elizabeth (1967), [15] and a NJDOT survey (2010)[16] label the US 1/9 southern approach as the Pulaski Skyway. Google Maps includes the northern approach.[17]

Proposed Deletion of Paragraph Related to Labor Issues after Pulaski Skyway Construction
If you ever want to delete the last paragraph below in the Pulaski Skyway Labor Issues Section, please feel free to do so. The Frank Hague article would seem to be better suited for this material since it seems to have taken place after the construction of the Pulaski Skyway.
- Hague refused to allow Brandle and the unions to win, and began to force unions to foreclose through his control of the courts. On the public side, Hague attacked the "labor racketeers" with words, and the local newspapers gladly went along. In 1937 and 1938, Hague turned Jersey City into a police state to fight the Congress of Industrial Organizations (CIO), which was trying to inform workers of their rights under the 1935 National Labor Relations Act. Socialist Norman Thomas was prevented from speaking in Jersey City and Newark by Hague and his friends.[53] This and other similar cases turned the national spotlight on Hague, and he was attacked by the New Yorker and Life in early 1938. Finally, in 1947, Governor Alfred E. Driscoll cut off Hague's judicial power, and the mayor retired.[54]Wondering55 (talk) 01:46, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Sorry, no. My time is limited, and when I look at the talk page of this article, I see ruffled feathers. My normal response to ruffled feathers is to slowly back up five paces and then head for a calm place elsewhere. In general, it's a good idea to discuss proposed significant changes to a featured article on the article's talk page and to try to reach consensus before making the changes. The editors who worked hard on the original FAC are apt to have a strong interest in the article; consulting them about changes is kind and politic and more efficient than butting heads. Just my two cents. I hope it all works out. Finetooth (talk) 17:15, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

Deleting your userspace subpages
I just finished deleting the userspace subpages that you tagged for deletion. FYI, the G7 criterion doesn't necessarily apply to pages in your userspace — it's only for pages that nobody else has edited, so (1) it doesn't apply when someone else has edited the page, and (2) it means that the admin has to check the page history. A simple request: in the future, would you mind tagging such pages with {{db-u1}}? This criterion applies to any page (except talk pages) in your userspace, no matter who else has edited it; I deleted them under this criterion, but it took a little longer because they'd been tagged as something else. On 28 July 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Port of Paulsboro, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. Speedy deletion nomination of Mannington Mills[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Mannington Mills requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Re:South Jersey photo requests[edit]
A number of South Jersey articles have come on line: Port of Salem, Port of Paulsboro, Salem Branch, Penns Grove Secondary, Glassboro-Camden Line. Wonder if you have any photos that might work for the above and/or if you'd mind keeping them in mind? thanks Djflem (talk) 22:44, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
- In general it looks like it's a bit outside my usual themes, but close enough to my usual stomping grounds. I may be in Salem as early as Friday, but not entirely sure yet what I'll be shooting. I'll try to give it a shot, but no promises. Smallbones(smalltalk) 01:29, 14 August 2013 (UTC)

Port of Paulsboro mention in Greenwich (Gloucester) article[edit]
In an edit in late July to the article for Greenwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey, you added a sentence that states that "The Port of Paulsboro, partially located Gibbstown, and is served by the freight rail Penns Grove Secondary and SMS Rail Lines." The sentence appears to be a fragment, and I'm not sure how to properly correct and and exactly how the port and its rail lines are connected to Greenwich and what the appropriate source should be. Can you help? My sincere appreciation for all of your work on articles covering so many topics related to New Jersey that had been inadequately covered. Alansohn (talk) 20:57, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
- Please excuse my embarrassing confusion of Gibbstown (in Gloucester Township) with Gibbsboro (in Camden County). Any help with the wording and sourcing would only help ease my embarrassment. Alansohn (talk) 21:24, 9 September 2013 (UTC)

List of bridges documented by the Historic American Engineering Record in New Jersey
Hello, and happy new year. You recently removed Category:Lists of bridges documented by the Historic American Engineering Record from List of bridges documented by the Historic American Engineering Record in New Jersey, with the explanation "parent cat removed". I don't see how this is a "parent cat" because it doesn't have any subcategories; in fact, it contains similar lists for four other states and the District of Columbia.
It seems as if you might have intended to remove Category:Lists of bridges in the United States instead, since that is the parent of the above-referenced category. I made this change while adding more entries to the list. Please let me know whether you agree. Martindelaware (talk) 20:20, 4 January 2014 (UTC)

Date format for citations for article for Fort Lee lane closure scandal
Thanks for your recent contributions to this article. It would be appreciated when you provide citations that you follow the uniform format for this article for access/retrieval dates (i.e. January 31, 2014 rather than 2014-01-31). Eventually, the incorrect formats are corrected by others. Thanks for your cooperation. Wondering55 (talk) 05:47, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for further updates to this article. One of the citations that you added includes a date format, 2014-02-01, that is inconsistent with the date format for the source dates and retrieval dates, which should have been "February 1, 2014" for the article. I realize that every Wikipedia article does not follow the same date format and it takes a little extra time to try and be consistent when providing citations in so many different Wikipedia articles, but your cooperation would be appreciated. Perhaps, you can even correct the inconsistent date format yourself for your recent additions and be mindful in the future. Thanks. Wondering55 (talk) 15:15, 2 February 2014 (UTC)

Boraie Development discussion
I'd rather do this here because I don't know how the AFD will close - if it closes as keep then this can be moved to the article's talk page. First, transparency-wise, the fact that "representative of X" contacted us regarding the article about X is par for the course at OTRS. We serve as a go-between if you will, when the person writing would rather not argue their case on Wikipedia. That doesn't mean we get to bypass or otherwise ignore policies or guidelines. You can see an example of all that here. Now, the general thrust of the communication with OTRS centered around two things: One, removal of the article. Second, they objected to the use of NBT as a source, claiming it was overly biased against the subject. So first I did some research around the bias claims and realized they were probably right. I'll get to that in a bit. Second, by the time I finished making the Sandy funds "controversy" more neutral, and seeing how little real coverage was out there about Boraie, I decided to nominate it for deletion anyway. Not because they asked us to, but because it seemed to me that there simply isn't enough significant coverage to get it past WP:CORP. But that's an issue for the AFD in any case.
Going back to the alleged bias, looking at the NBT articles you want to use as references I definitely object to the way they're contextualized:
- In the first paragraph 'The firm is one of several companies involved in the redevelopment of downtown New Brunswick you included this. This is a long-winded attack on Boraie: "powerful developer", "The Boraie family is well-known for wheeling and dealing", etc, not to mention vague claims of corruption and so on.
- For the 390 George Street entry in the list of developments, you used this, which is puzzling since it's an article about some bricks falling off the building, and in any case a primary source can be used just as well. The article includes prose like "the building is owned by notorious developer Omar Boraie"
- Finally, in the paragraph about the issue with Sandy funding, you used this, which is again full of innuendo but adds nothing that the other sources don't already provide. Like this one as well.
These all seem to be written by the same person. And it's important to point out that this is the only person who seems to think Boraie is "notorious" or "powerful" because I couldn't find anything similar to that from other sources. Now, let's step back for a moment from the company's reps writing OTRS and demanding stuff. If I were to look at these references, in the context in which they are used, I'd probably want to strip them out as well. There's a clear pattern of bias against Boraie (the company and the family) there, and there's nothing in them that can't be supported by other sources in any case. And that's even assuming that the NBT would pass muster as a reliable source. The author might very well be right about all those allegations, and this might be a case of "small town journalist takes on big business and corrupt government" but as of now that's what they are, allegations. By a single, possibly non-reliable source. But that can't be played out in Wikipedia. We're not here to give a wider voice to allegations in local newspapers, we're here to document what available reliable sources say about the topics we cover. Unless you can somehow make the case that an NBT article is absolutely needed in that article, I'd rather we just keep them out completely. And I would also recommend you go back to some of your contributions and re-examine the use of NBT as a source, especially in controversial topics.
Next up, it's up to you if you want to take this to WP:RS/N and/or dispute resolution, assuming the AFD closes as keep. Let me know. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 16:43, 15 April 2014 (UTC)
