Moscow-City
Moscow International Business Centre (Московский Международный Деловой Центр (ММДЦ)), (former Moscow-City (Russian: Москва-Сити )) is a projected part of central Moscow, Russia. Geographically situated in Presnensky District in western Moscow, located at the Third Ring, the Moscow-City area is currently under intense development.
The goal of MIBC is to create the first zone in Russia, (and in all of Eastern Europe) that will combine business activity, living space and entertainment. It will be a city within a city. The project was conceived by the Moscow government in 1992.
The construction of MIBC takes place on the Krasnopresnenskaya embankment. The whole project takes up 1 square kilometre. This territory is the only spot in downtown Moscow that can accommodate a project of this magnitude. Today, most of the buildings there are old factories and industrial complexes. The total cost of the project is $12 Billion.
Buildings
Tower 2000 — 34-floor office building, located on the right bank of the Moscow River. The tower is connected to the MIBC by the Bagration pedestrian bridge which was the first completed structure of the MIBC, actually located on the opposite site of the river from the main development. There is also underground parking, restaurants, and other entertainment in the tower.

On 2 and 3 Parcels the multipurpose center « the Moscow wedding palace » by height up to 48 floors will be placed. The structure of the multipurpose center will include as a room of directly Wedding palace with banquet halls and restaurants, and office rooms.

Imperia Tower
«Imperia Tower» represents the multifunctional complex combining office rooms, luxury apartments, five-stars hotel and the entertaining center which key element is the aquapark. The complex is located on a parcels 4 "Moscow-city".
The aquapark is the center of leisure representing a complex of pools, waterslides and attractions, restaurants and cafe, trading galleries and the shops, calculated on daily all-the-year-round operation.

One of the most difficult on designs of structures MIBC, the Central Core, is located on parcels 6,7 and 8. The Central Core shares on 2 parts: underground and elevated.
The underground part of a design includes the central transport unit of underground with station " Business centre " uniting three lines of the underground, including branch Filevskaya of a line (it was designed as a line "mini-metro"), included first of all constructions. As the complex will be connected with high-speed transport system, airports "Sheremetyevo" and "Vnukovo". In a underground part are located also parking place on 2750 m/places and technical rooms. The underground public space occupies the trading complex representing the developed multipurpose trading zone, and as a lobby of the underground with foot zones and transitions in the buildings located on the next sites. From the western side of the Central Core it is located the VIP-parking.
The ground part is divided into three functional zones: Hotel - on a plot 8а; the Trading-entertaining complex - on plots 8b and 7; Cinema-concert hall capacity nearby 6000 person - on a plot 6.
The hotel is under construction due to the involved means, and the volume of capital investments will make nearby 50-55 million US dollar. The hotel has 5 blocks of the ladders-lifts connecting elevated floors of hotel with underground parking places and trading enterprises. In territory of object it is supposed to place apartments, restaurants, winter gardens, terraces, technical and auxiliary rooms.
The trading-entertaining complex is located in the central part of a building on sites 8b and 7. It is divided into 4 zones reflecting conceptually seasons. The volume of a complex is formed by face-to-face 5-storeyed 4 modular volumes. The complex includes trading and exhibition zones, entertaining, park, a skating rink, exhibitions, the enterprises of a meal, trading and entertaining rooms, galleries, restaurants. The main recreational space is covered by a glass dome.
The film-concert hall is located on a plot 6 and calculated on carrying out of significant entertainment actions, gala concerts, forums, mass celebrations. Round by way of a hall has the transformed scenic part opened, in case of need. Entrances in a hall are carried out through a hall. The volume of capital investments will make nearby 120-140 million US dollar.

Naberezhnaya Tower
The complex «Naberezhnaya Tower» is under construction on 10 parcel of the project Moscow-city. The given complex includes three buildings of different height (17, 27 and 61 floors). In October, 2004 the 17-storeyed building was ready for entrance of tenants. In October, 2005 the second, 27-storeyed, the building has been put into operation. Construction of the third skyscraper has begun in January, 2005. Block A and block B are located above four, and block C above five underground floors. Transport terminal, located on parcel 11, will be the transfer point between different subway lines and light rail lines and other public transport. There will also be offices, hotels, a clinic, and parking.
Station of transition of a line of the underground and line of high-speed transport system (HSTS) which is planned to lay to area Moscow-city and further, to three Moscow airports. The multilevel terminal will connect some underground zones to stations of the underground and a municipal transportation, shined by means of light wells, with trading spaces, inhabited and office premises - the last will be placed in a glass superstructure of the free crystal form.

Eurasia Tower
The project which is settling down on a parcel 12, is the office-recreational complex including a 300-meter building by a total area of 207 542 square meters on a three-tier podium in which will be placed fitness-center, the entertaining centers, restaurants and shops. Other areas will be distributed as follows: 106 231 square meters it will be given under offices of a class And, and 21 185 square meters will occupy inhabited apartments. On the bottom circles the parking on more than 1000 cars will be placed. Under uninhabited premises the bottom 29 floors will be allocated.
The external design of a building shows a combination of classics to a small impregnation of a modernist style. Outside of a building it is supposed to place the panoramic lift.

Federation Tower
Federation Tower will be Europe's first supertall tower, and the second tallest tower in Europe after Russia Tower.

City Hall and City Duma
The City Hall and City Duma will house the Moscow government and duma. The structure will consist of four, 308.4 meter, towers. Currently, most of the administration's buildings are scattered all over the city. This complex will bring them together, which will provide better organization.
Spatial construction from 4 vertical structural elements, formed by 4 70 floor towers with the grouped around of communication "kernels"; 4 horizontal 8 floor "bridges" uniting towers in the top part and twenty "bridges" in height in a floor, "tieing up" all volume through everyone 8 floors on a vertical. Communication "kernels" come to the end with helicopter platforms and evacuation of a ladder, high-speed passenger, load-lifting, cargo (technical) lifts, channels of engineering communications, technical premises include. Each circle of horizontal bridges has a winter garden on a maintained roof. Russia Tower

After completion, Russia tower will become the tallest tower in Europe.

Transport
Major thoroughfares through Moscow-City are the Third Ring and Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
Three metro stations were initially planned on the Filyovskaya Line. The station Delovoi Tsentr opened in 2005, the branch extended to Mezhdunarodnaya station in 2006, and all works on third station, Dorogomilovskaya (between Kievskaya and Delovoi Tsentr), have been postponed. It has recently emerged that there are plans to extend the branch as far as Savyolovskaya station, on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya Line.
A rapid transit system to Vnukovo Airport and Sheremetyevo Airport with terminals in each airport is also planned.
City government and business
The City Hall and City Duma will be home to the Moscow Government. Other important organisations and businesses, for example, the Global Hyatt Corporation, have purchased space in Moscow-City. There is also a large pedestrian-mall bridge crossing Moskva River. The area is to become a new hub for business in Moscow and Russia, following completion.
The entire complex is expected to be completed by 2020, with some individual buildings to be completed earlier.
