- ConcernedPhotographer edited on Manuel Rivera-Ortiz (MRO), a problematic article created and edited by a proved chain of sockpuppets (KissmeKate Archive). Also he/her edited Talk:Manuel Rivera-Ortiz, advocating for the relevance of the article and against its deletion, and also advocating against the deletion of the article The Manuel Rivera-Ortiz Foundation for International Photography. He/her has contributed to 11 different wikipedia projects [1]. In every of these languages Manuel Rivera-Ortiz has been the main purpose of his/her editions, and in most cases the only one goal. Among those contributions in the English wikipedia are articles about some of the mayors of Rochester, New York, where the photograph Manuel Rivera-Ortiz allegedly lives. These mayors' articles has been edited also by blocked users SwissLawyer and KissmeKate (Peter Scribner). Also, he/she has uploaded a logo for the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz Foundation, stating he/she's the author ([2]).
- User:KissmeKate has been blocked as sockmaster of SwissLawyer, Fotografenauge, Kinglear, TheRightEye, Delhi555 and Oskarzig with a consistent pattern of editions on Manuel Rivera-Ortiz, list of renamed photographers (to include MRO in them), the MRO foundation or mayors of Rochester. They have uploaded photographs authored by MRO ([case]).
- ConcernedPhotographer started to edit on wikipedia less than two months after the last blocked sockpuppet, Oskarzig.
- 79.151.33.78 edited in three different wikipedias [3], only in articles related with Manuel Rivera-Ortiz, such as the article itself, its Fundation, a place photographed by Manuel Rivera-Ortiz or a list of renamed photographers.
- 89.217.133.209 edited articles Viñales and Viñales Valley to add pictures by MRO, and also Russian article on MRO.
- 89.217.244.47 edited articles about MRO or related with MRO in 9 wikipedia projects in order to include his photos. It also has edited the article about the Swiss Re CEO, Stefan Lippe edited in the past by some of the editors now bocked by sockpuppetry (KissmeKate and Delhi555).
- 84.227.99.222 published photographs by MRO in five different wikipedia projects about 4 different topics. Those are his/her only contributions.
- 96.250.238.23 edited the article about MRO in 11 wikipedia projects ([4]), and these were his/her only editions.
- 206.123.17.17 edited the article about MRO twice with 3 months difference and in 3 wikipedia projects ([5]) and also the article about Swiss Re, the Swiss company funding the MRO Fundation, and these were his/her main editions.
- One hour after the article about MRO marked for deletion in Galician Wikipedia, a new user gl:User:RaulIII registered and advocated in favour of keeping the article. There are no other contributions by this user across wikipedia projects.
- IPs are located in Spain, Switzerland (3) and New York (2). MRO locates himself in his blog in Zürich and in New York ([6]

Comments by other users
- I had expressed concern on the Manuel Rivera-Ortiz talkpage about IP edits meant solely to promote the photographer but was assuaged by Concerned Photographer that no COI existed anymore. However, a closer look reveals that the editing behaviour of Concerned Photographer fits KissmeKate. And not just here, on de.wikipedia.org and all other language wikis, too. - Awaiting administrative action This is actually fairly convincing. The IPs could possibly be the same person as it looks like mobile networks/company IPs were used. The spain one is kinda odd, but still matching the profile. Could we get some blocks please? -- DQ (t) (e) 21:24, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
- Administrator note I'm not sure where you want these blocks. None of the IPs have edited in months, so any blocks there would be essentially useless. The last IP, I can tell you, is not part of this. But with Kissmekate blocked, I don't think there's enough to act against the master. Relist when there is data that's actually happened recently. — HelloAnnyong (say whaaat?!) 01:58, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
