Per this diff, the user of this IP has a registered account because they admit to using the email feature, "communicating with each other via the email system", which can only be used by registered accounts. I believe this user is in violation of WP:SOCK, "Avoiding scrutiny", where they specifically say "We do not wish to identify ourselves as we do not wish to be associated with drama."
Areas where this IP has violated this:
- Suggesting legal action against WMF
- Violations of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Palestine-Israel articles Remedy 5, "Editors who find it difficult to edit a particular article or topic from a neutral point of view and adhere to other Wikipedia policies" in these edits
- Participation in RFA here
- WP:BATTLEGROUND behavior here and here
These edits should be associated to the user that made them. Logging out to avoid scrutiny is not acceptable. I realize this is an educational IP address, so I request that location and useragent data be used as well to discover a likely match to the sock master.-- v/r - TP 19:57, 16 July 2012 (UTC)

I have not now nor have I ever engaged in any sockpuppetry. I am an occasional IP editor. Why is there such bias against IPs? Most of those edits were not done by me. This is a shared IP by many, many students in this college and I am not responsible for them. 134.241.58.253 (talk) 20:12, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
- Legitimate concern is not bias. I've outlined above why this is a real concern. Behavioral evidence seems to disagree. Those edits I highlighted show the same behaviors. I hope you've been using your personal laptop on a wireless connection, and I hope you've mistakenly used your registered account on that wireless. I really want the useragent data to connect your account to the IP. We need to see who you are. You arn't responsible for all of the edits on that IP, I'm sure of it, but the recent ones since the first Philippe talk page message until today's ANI comments all show a behavior of advanced knowledge of Wikipedia, an axe to grind, and avoiding scrutiny.--v/r - TP 20:26, 16 July 2012 (UTC)--v/r - TP 20:16, 16 July 2012 (UTC)
