- File:Delia Matache 2013.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Uploader claims the photo is his own work, though this is doubtful for a number of reasons. First, it is bit-for-bit identical to a photo on the subject's Facebook page [1]. Second, the uploader claims the photo was taken at the Mix Music Evolution concert on 18 June 2013, though it's actually from a 2009 performance at the Mamaia Festival [2]. Third, the photo itself has been published in several magazines and websites [3] though the uploader claims he is a company director, not a professional photographer. Finally, the uploader has repeatedly demonstrated that he does not understand or is not willing to abide by our copyright policies; he persists in uploading copyright-infringing photos here and on Commons. - I agree with Psychonaut basically. It's increasingly hard to WP:AGF with the uploader. He did change the stats [4] after the nomination for deletion. I think he should upload the image with EXIF info and/or provide proof that he is the photographer to WP:OTRS. Someone not using his real name (talk) 18:36, 19 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Further notes on why I speedy deleted, - the image was low resolution, no valid exif data, and several other non fair use uploads. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:14, 24 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
