User:Psyc3330 subpages
All are WP:STALEDRAFTs for a class project at the University of Guelph. All but one has not been updated since April 2009 save for some bot edits. All in all, 20 such pages were created, but I only nominated the ones that were not moved to mainspace. The full listing is as follows: —KuyaBriBriTalk 20:37, 8 March 2011 (UTC)

Delete allWP:STALEDRAFT states: "Userspace is not a free web host and should not be used to indefinitely host pages that look like articles, old revisions, or deleted content, or your preferred version of disputed content. Private copies of pages that are being used solely for long-term archival purposes may be subject to deletion."Because these pages violate WP:NOTWEBHOST and WP:STALEDRAFT, they should be deleted. - Disagree that WP:STALEDRAFT mandates deletion here. There is enough good stuff to AGF that everything here was intended to be good for our project, and this means WP:NOTWEBHOST doesn't apply. The pages don't seem "stale", as they are written in a near timeless style (as is best for an encyclopedia). The pages are not "DRAFT" because, on face value at least, they look easily good enough for mainspace. The question should be: Does this material already exist in superior form in mainspace, or does it fail notability or some other reason for exclusion? --SmokeyJoe (talk) 01:10, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
- Not so sure that these can't be moved to mainspace. They seem well sourced, well written and about notable academic subjects. We don't want to encourage the use of role accounts like used here, but there seems to be decent material created in good faith. Which ones were already moved to mainspace, and who did it? --SmokeyJoe (talk) 21:23, 10 March 2011 (UTC)
- See contribution history of Psyc3330 (talk · contribs). 8 pages were moved from user space to main space on 22 April 2009. I recently had the redirects out of userspace deleted under G6 (redlinked in the contribution history). —KuyaBriBriTalk 21:53, 10 March 2011 (UTC)
- What I am wondering, is did somebody competent already divide the group into useful and "not useful", and is this the "not useful" list. Sorry for being lazy, but I don't want to read and study them all if someone else already has. If no one has, I might make the effort. I do agree that they should be left live in userspace, unattended, unwatched and unmaintained.
- User talk:Psyc3330 doesn't inform me much. User:Psyc3330 has the start of a table on assessing the pages for work, and tracking where they went. Deleting redirects out of userspace is unnecessary and unhelpful to participants who one day return.
- It would be really nice if one of the participants could identify themselves as a continuing Wikipedian. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 01:03, 11 March 2011 (UTC)
- Move to project namespace and let AfD sort them out if needed - User:Psyc3330 last edited 01:57, 14 August 2009. These appear to be very well referenced article drafts. WP:STALEDRAFT says they can't stay in user namespace so delete per nom if no one WP:BOLD moves them. Cunard (talk) 09:43, 14 March 2011 (UTC) - As the original nominator, I support the move/redirect proposals made above by Cunard (talk · contribs). I am concerned about the creation of multiple role accounts by this user (3 by my count), but that is a discussion for another forum. If the above proposed move/redirects are performed, consider my nomination withdrawn. —KuyaBriBriTalk 21:31, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
