Alyse Squillace is an american children's book author who was born in 1974 in Roselle Park, New Jersey.
She is best known for Daydreaming About Softball in 1984, which received a nomination by the Children's Book Committee at Bank Street College for the Josette Frank Award in 1992, and Peanuts: They Drive Me Crazy. Other works include 34½ and Counting, Boyfriend!, and Roselle Park: Rachel and the Grass.
She currently resides in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
