- this file is lower resolution than the Commons file with the same name Nuttyrave (talk) 00:41, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Big deal - the file is in use, and I don't see you rushing to swap it for the commons file. Weakopedia (talk) 10:15, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The lowres en.wikipedia media blocks referencing to the highres Commons media while in use, but deleting it will make the Commons highres media to take precedence over the lowres en.wikipedia version. Policy requests the highest possible media quality to be used where available. The German article already references the highres Commons media. If this makes sense, please carry out the deletion request. Thanks for contributing. Nuttyrave (talk) 11:08, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Rename. Can administrators move images? - I think they can. If we can delete and reupload with proper attribution (I'll be glad to do it if an admin wants me to). Rename the image so that the commons version shows up, and is usable on this and every other page. Then the users can decide amongst themselves which image is best to use, not be limited in choice, for this page and others. Everybody wins. :) Magog the Ogre (talk) 23:31, 14 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- UE. It's a false-colored edit of a real image, used just for fandom purposes. It doesn't seem encyclopedic. (If the actual mushroom resembled the actual video game item in question, that might be a different story, but...) Kufat (talk) 14:41, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Close for wrong venue. This file was uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, not English Wikipedia. Actual game mushroom is green with white spots. This mushroom is green with white spots. It's the closest illustration of 1-up possible under a free license. Anything closer would be a derivative work prohibited by Commons policy. Are there deletion discussions on commons:Category:Fake flags and commons:Template:Fake flag, which likewise don't resemble the original copyrighted flags, that are useful as precedent? --Damian Yerrick (talk | stalk) 14:54, 10 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
