The result of the discussion was: Kept (ish). Image has been downsized, licence corrected, source better attributed and an appropriate non-free rationale added. I've deleted the full sized original - Peripitus (Talk) 01:06, 7 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- The monument is still under copyright (the artist died in 2003 and copyright protection in Finland lasts for 70 years after the artist's death). Also, Finnish freedom of panorama does not apply for works of art. Jafeluv (talk) 17:47, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- This was new to me. :) The info page says: "Pictures of works of art permanently located in public places can be used non-commercially or as illustrations to texts in newspapers and periodicals." Would this not qualify as non-commercial use? Jenste (talk) 21:31, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Unfortunately, Wikipedia does not allow non-commercial licenses. That said, I think it might be possible to use it under fair use if it was made smaller and a non-free content rationale was added, to make clear that the photographed work is still under copyright. - Final two teams remained, so there is no any need to indicate how the teams attribute. Raymond "Giggs" Ko 19:30, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - It is freely licensed and being used in an article. Show consensus that the article's editors don't think that the image should be in there, then consider deletion.--Rockfang (talk) 11:11, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
