Contested PROD. Biographical article about an Indian actress. I am bringing this to AFD because I cannot establish whether or not the coverage provided as sources and what I found is basically WP:ROUTINE. From what I understand of the Indian movie industry, this doesn't seem to be particularly substantive. If that is the case then the subject fails WP:GNG; I also find the two movies she has acted in to be less than enough to meet WP:ACTOR. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 03:48, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Uncertain - A Google News search immediately provides several results as does a Google News archives search here. For both films, it seems she has received a good amount of attention and has gained attention in other areas including an award, a Chennai fashion show and a musical of Mamma Mia!. It also seems she had a career in dancing as this article mentions. Because the production of her first film started in 2008, she has received attention every year since. I think she would classify as an Indian version of an American newcomer in acting. I must say, I'm surprised at the abundance of sources because English sources are usually slim with these foreign articles. If she has received good attention for two films, I would think she would also receive good attention for a third or possibly a fourth film, with this in mind, I'm tempted to lean towards keep. - Keep Yes, a relatively new-comer, acting in significant roles. She seems to have had some media coverage. Meets notability for actors criteria.--Dwaipayan (talk) 17:22, 31 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep – She has acted in a film and signed up for one more film. Looks like she gained adequate media coverage which is quite enough to establish the notability. —Vensatry (Ping me) 07:48, 1 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
