Why the page should be deleted: I represent the article subject so note I have a conflict of interest. The subject regards himself as a non-notable, private person and wants the article to be deleted. References to crime are premature as no crime has been proven. Under WP:PERPETRATOR "Note: A living person accused of a crime is presumed not guilty unless and until the contrary is decided by a court of law. Editors must give serious consideration to not creating an article on an alleged perpetrator when no conviction is yet secured." Eagleeye321 (talk) 07:52, 29 August 2019 (UTC)

- Keep per my comments in the last AfD - Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sanjay Shah (businessman) (2nd nomination) in 2017. He had on-going coverage in 2017. He has ongoing coverage in 2019 - Copenhagen Post, May 2019 which states -
"Sanjay Shah at the centre of the biggest tax fraud case in Danish history"
. Needless to say, this is covered outside of Denmark as well. For instance - The National (UAE) or Where in the World Is Denmark's $2 Billion?, New York Times, October 2018. The extent of the charges here (as well as the subject resisting extradition) would seem to make our subject here a WP:PUBLICFIGURE to which BLPCRIME doesn't apply. We also have judicial decisions in regards to freezing of assets in various countries. Even if we were to say the bio is a BLP1E the biggest alleged tax fraud in Danish history would be notable (as an event) - though in this case as the case is tied to the individual renaming makes less sense. Icewhiz (talk) 08:33, 29 August 2019 (UTC) - Keep -- passes WP:BLPPUBLIC and WP:GNG. Sources in the article demonstrate that the individual has received in-depth continued coverage over several years in national newspapers of multiple countries. Most recently, for example, the front page of the New York Times international edition from last October [1] ; the English language newspaper The National of UAE in June 2019 [2], and the leading Danish newspaper Politiken in May 2019 [3]. These meet the criteria for a notable public figure for WP:BLPPUBLIC and WP:PERPETRATOR. Serious consideration was given when the article was kept by consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sanjay Shah (businessman) (2nd nomination) -- and the continued coverage of Sanjay Shah only further establishes them as an individual of international public notability. — CactusWriter (talk) 23:30, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
Relisting comment: Mainly relying on consideration and interaction of PERPETRATOR, BLPCRIME and PUBLICFIGURE
