Has been involved in notable productions, but I couldn't find that he meets WP:ENT or WP:GNG. An unref blp that has been in CAT:NN's backlog for more than 11 years. Boleyn (talk) 21:39, 14 September 2020 (UTC)

- Keep: As a composer of multiple notable films, Rao passes WP:MUSICBIO. His works have been discussed in sources such as Sitara, Sakshi etc. --Ab207 (talk) 09:18, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
