This article does not establish that Beloki meets academic notability. As was noted by User:Curbon7, most of the article is about the Paradigm of the Cart, and does not establish the notability of that concept, and does not establish that Beloki was the primary author of the concept. Moved by author from draft space to article space twice. Moved from article space to draft space by User:Onel5969. Probably belongs in draft space, but author obviously wants it in article space; it is their right to move it to article space, where it is the community's right to discuss its notability. - Delete - not enough in-depth coverage to pass WP:GNG. Onel5969 TT me 14:25, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- Delete. There's virtually nothing of relevance in GBooks and GScholar. The article makes a pretty obscure reference rearging his degree and position. No evidence of satisfying WP:PROF or WP:BIO. Nsk92 (talk) 17:20, 17 February 2021 (UTC)
- Delete. I'm not convinced that Euskaltzaindia meets the "highly selective and prestigious" criteria of WP:PROF#C3 (their membership is limited to 24 but they have significantly fewer members than that, suggesting that the pool of Basque experts to choose from is not very large) and there seems to be nothing else. —David Eppstein (talk) 08:49, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
