WP:BLP of a person notable only as a non-winning candidate for office. This is a holdover from 2005, when our notability standards for politicians were very different than they are now -- but the strongest thing here is that he was arrested for causing a minor disturbance during one of his election campaigns, and under the standards that apply today, that no longer constitutes a substantive reason why he would warrant permanent coverage in an international encyclopedia.
