WP:BLP of a person with no properly sourced indication of notability. The notability claim here is that he has a job that isn't "inherently" notable for the purposes of securing automatic inclusion rights in Wikipedia, and the sole reference for it is his profile on the self-published website of a directly affiliated organization rather than any evidence of independent third party media coverage about him.
