This article looks like a dictionary entry to me. Wikipedia is not a dictionary WP:NAD. There is wikt:extramural which does a good job of deifining the word. Wayne Jayes (talk) 15:10, 9 February 2015 (UTC)

- Delete Not a Wikipedia article. It's a dictionary definition shading into a mini-essay. No sources (what could there be other than dictionaries?) - Like others I refer to "Wikipedia is not a dictionary". Now you could imagine an article about Extramural education, but it would be titled as such. This one isn't the germ of it, it's about the word: Noyster (talk), 12:37, 24 February 2015 (UTC)
