- Delete as it's simply obvious from his list of work, there are not even minimal signs of better notability and improvement here. Notifying Onel5969 who frequently participates at these subject AfDs. SwisterTwister talk 05:48, 26 December 2015 (UTC)

- Keep: The article needs work and his TV/film work is non-notable. Has minor notability as a musical theatre performer, being Broadway originator of the roles of Renfield in Dracula, the Musical, Bingo Little in By Jeeves with recording, and Charles Clarke in Titanic (musical) with recording. He also featured in the first complete (studio) recording of Guys and Dolls. Reworked Titanic in a production that, per [[1]], was nominated for 11 BroadwayWorld Awards, and has become the new standard version with UK and Chicago runs, and an upcoming Broadway revival ([2]). Recently directing Guys and Dolls in Connecticut, and has directed other productions that I really don't want to spend any more time on at this point, but which are reviewed in significant news sources (for example NYT, Post-Gazette, Broadway World). ~~Hydronium~Hydroxide~(Talk)~~ 14:13, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
- Keep. I agree with Hydronium Hydroxide that he's notable for stage work, including starring as Leo Bloom in The Producers and other assorted direction and acting. A couple more examples of coverage: [3][4]. --Arxiloxos (talk) 17:05, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
- Keep for some of his credits like The Producers. He's enough of a name that he warrants an article so people can gather info on him when needed (school reports, etc.). Donmike10 (talk) 19:59, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- Delete: as non-notable.
" He's enough of a name that he warrants an article so people can gather info on him when needed (school reports, etc.)." -- uh, no -- that is not Wikipedia's purpose. Perhaps LinkedIn or Facebook are better places. Quis separabit? 02:40, 8 January 2016 (UTC)
