Non-notable shade of Crayola. bobrayner (talk) 17:57, 11 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep Denim is a widely used material in fashion and therefore its color is notable and should be kept in Wikipedia. Keraunos (talk) 01:04, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- We already have an article on Denim; you just linked to it. However, just because X is notable does not mean that anything related to X deserves an article of its own. The shade of Crayola is not notable. bobrayner (talk) 09:39, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete it. Denim already has an article, which is perfectly sufficient. –jacobolus (t) 03:10, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete – unsourced. If the claim that it's a Crayola color is correct, cite a source at least. Dicklyon (talk) 06:14, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete No evidence that this word has any significant usage as a colour name. The article tells us that the word has been used as a proprietary name for a colour of a crayon, but neither the article nor any other source I have seen indicates that it has any more general use. The only reason given so far for keeping ("Denim is a widely used material in fashion and therefore its color is notable") makes no sense at all: elephant are notable enough to have an article Elephant, but it does not automatically follow that their colour is notable, and we don't have an article on Elephant (color). - Delete. Article provides no more information that can't be found in List of Crayola crayon colors. Also no indication of notability of this crayon color used by one particular company. While I agree that denim is a commonly used fabric, this is not about that fabric - this article is about one of the many crayon colors that Crayola makes.--Slon02 (talk) 17:17, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
