This unsourced article does not make clear how this component of the Canadian military bureaucracy is individually notable, or even how many people it comprises. It might perhaps rate a mention in the article about its apparent parent organization, Canadian Forces Air Command. Found during cleanup of old orphan articles. - Weak delete: normally, I'd AGF and believe there is notability, but this article doesn't really assert much of anything. Is this a headquarters, a command and control organ, an umbrella command, a warfighting lab, or a proving ground?
