• Non-notable person who ran a company that went broke in 2015 without ever achieving any notice in the press that I can see, other than their filing for liquidation.
• Article is entirely unsourced (except for the one ref about liquidation I just added).
• Possible WP:COI: one editor has a username similar to the article subject. Mathglot (talk) 07:45, 21 April 2016 (UTC)

- Keep per WP:ANYBIO winner of major award. All the best: Rich Farmbrough, 19:12, 21 April 2016 (UTC).
- Delete as aside from this apparent award, there's nothing else to suggest a better article with better improvements. SwisterTwister talk 05:26, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
- Keep: Per Rich F. Quality and notability are two different things. I agree article quality is weak, but that is not grounds for deletion. Queen's Award for Enterprise Promotion is a major award, and am noting that the list article has all recipients linked, with about half blue at a rough glance. This is a person of adequate notability and even though the company is now defunct, that is not an issue, many notable people have failed enterprises. Montanabw(talk) 23:02, 23 April 2016 (UTC)
- Keep I agree with Rich F. Moscowamerican (talk) 04:59, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
- Keep - Farmbrough has said it all.--DThomsen8 (talk) 15:04, 24 April 2016 (UTC)
- DeleteLittle or nothing to suggest notability, other than questionable 'national' award for 'local' business people which hasn't been demonstrated to confer notability on recipients. Reads more like a Linkedin resume rather than an article. Tonyinman (talk) 21:14, 25 April 2016 (UTC)
