Article created by a now indef-blocked paid editor, but I'm not convinced that a Permanent Secretary is notable anyway; this is not a ministerial position but a routine civil service position. His name obviously pops up occasionally but even the Voice of Nigeria ref from which most of the article is written is a Government publication. Black Kite (talk) 08:28, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
