- Keep the incident isn't just a simple casualty of crackdowns but it sparks new wave of protests according to: [1][2], also the kind's death triggered a nationwide emotional reactions all over the media, many news agencies and public figures are discussing his death due to lethal crackdowns which can verify the article notability as an important event. - Keep per Washington Post it "further ignites Iran’s anti-government protests". the event made "Iran's envoy to UNICEF, actress Mahtab Keramati, resigne to protest a lack of action". the event itself is notable enough to support standalone article, but the child? - Keep, the event has a lot of reliable sources (see the Persian language version). The event has impacted future global protests, as per sources (so WP:NOTNEWS isn’t applicable).
