Susan Margaret Watkins, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.
It very clearly shows notability under WP:PROF, on the basis of the honorary degree, and the textbooks, and possibly othr criteria The article has been assessed as C-Class, which is recorded on the article's talk page. You may like to take a look at the grading scheme to see how you can improve the article. It does need improvement, as the previous reviewers have commented--specific sources are needed, links to other WP articles are needed. But it should never have been rejected for not meeting the MOS--these are things that can be fixed later.
