Conflict of interest?

If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

Your latest edits to Michael Tobias
A number of your edits have been badly in violation of our Manual of Style, from inappropriate capitalization of section heads, to boldfacing and/or all-capping book and film titles; and your cites are often not in conformance with our standards for citations. Could you please study the MOS and WP:CITE and help clean up the mess? Also, please note: a purported quote cannot be sourced to a book jacket blurb; that is notoriously not a reliable source. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:06, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
