Deletion discussion about Madelaine Jones
Hello, Larkinsonpublic,
I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Madelaine Jones should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Madelaine Jones .
If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Hi Walkabout14,
I think I've replied on the deletion page with a comment, but I'm not sure how this 'talk' thing works! Apologies for being a bumbling noob... In essence, I think that perhaps the issue is some details in the article, as opposed to the article itself, given the points you've picked up on are additional details, not the main focus of the article, and I'm happy to change parts of it to make it more appropriate for Wiki's guidelines. I'll keep checking the deletion chat page, and hopefully we can sort something. Of course I'd rather not have the article deleted, since I think it's on a valid subject, but we can chat more on the page about the relevance of certain aspects/what I can do to make it wiki-suitable. Thanks for the notice and being very understanding.

(UPDATE) I have altered the article to say that Madelaine Jones is only a 'pianist', with reference to the cited writing in the background section but not explicitly mentioned in the summary. Would this now make the article suitable? Walkabout14 (talk) 12:52, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
