Asian journal of public affairs
If you're going to add it to the list of journals available free online, you should write an article on it to show it's notable. Please do--we need more articles on journals. DGG (talk) 03:37, 20 September 2007 (UTC)
Duplicate images uploaded
Thanks for uploading Image:LKYSPP Logo.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:LKYSPP SubID FullCol.jpg. The copy called Image:LKYSPP SubID FullCol.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.
This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone, and you do not need to respond. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and refer to 'my contributions' to remind yourself exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot (talk) 13:14, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
Hello Andagostino! I notice you uploaded Image:LKY Campus.JPG to Wikipedia. However, you did not mention two very important details when you uploaded the photo, namely:
- Who took the picture? and
- What is the copyright conditions (or licensing terms, or terms of use) of the picture?
Pictures without these two details will be deleted in seven days unless you add them. To do so just edit Image:LKY Campus.JPG, remove the "no source" and "no license" lines, and add the needed information. Lastly, note that we don't allow copyrighted pictures of scenery that still exists. Awyong Jeffrey Mordecai Salleh 08:27, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
The same information is necessary for Image:OTH Building.jpg. Awyong Jeffrey Mordecai Salleh 08:29, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
License tagging for Image:Centre on Asia and Globalisation Logo.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Centre on Asia and Globalisation Logo.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 09:06, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:NUS logo full colour.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:NUS logo full colour.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page.
