I just spent a lot of time copy/pasting weather events from this years Current Event Portal, and I have stumbled on a few on-going weather events. Weather of 2020 doesn't have much information to guide for this type of article's template and that is the first of the weather by year articles, so we probably need to have this discussion about how to list on-going weather events. Should we list them by the date they started or in a separate area? P.S. I plan to work on Weather of 2020's timeline and update it with the CE Portal's weather news. Elijahandskip (talk) 07:16, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Elijahandskip: IMO the timeline format is fine. Solar and lunar eclipses are not considered to be part of weather of 2021 since they are space events unrelated to space weather. Also, please cite your sources, since the entire timeline is unsourced. Destroyeraa (Alternate account) 19:36, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
There is nothing wrong with the timeline. I believe the list format is good here.ChessEric (talk· contribs) 19:39, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
