The article was created at Kingdom of Luang Phrabang, then moved by User:Neconnaitpoint to Kingdom of Luang Prabang in February 2022 with the reason "Correction to preferred English spelling." User:5ysksos6 just moved it back to Kingdom of Luang Phrabang, giving the reason "Moved to avoid confusion with the city." This latter reasoning does not make sense at all, as the article is already titled as Kingdom of..., which very clearly identifies its scope, and the minor spelling variants are just different romanizations of the same name, so it doesn't help avoid any confusion. I'm not immediately reverting, seeing as it was also at this title for several years, but it would be good if someone more familiar with usage in reliable sources could help weigh in. --Paul_012 (talk) 11:24, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
