Citation 11 for the Caracas homicide rate is inaccurate to the source. According to citation 11, the homicide rate is 58.82, however I found another source which states that the homicide rate for Caracas is 130 per 100k.
The city's motto is "Seguid El Ejemplo Que Caracas Dio", but the article translates this as "Then Follow the Example that Caracas Gave". But why? Specifically, where in the Spanish original does it say "then"? You would expect the original to begin with the word entonces, luego or después, depending on what "then" is supposed to mean here.
