It is strange that in the following quote, it lists 5 arbitrary members who supported the motion, while listing not listing either of the two countries (US and Australia) who voted against.
> supported by votes from 31 countries including the People's Republic of China, India, Indonesia, Russia, and South Africa, with 2 votes against and 18 abstentions
It makes it read as if the 31 countries supporting the motion were the exception, not the rule.
I would write it as follows:
> supported by votes from 31 countries, with 2 votes against from the United States and Australia, and 18 abstentions 144.172.156.217 (talk) 00:34, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In my opinion, the only 2 votes against are much more interesting here than the votes in support. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.172.156.217 (talk) 00:35, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
