I propose that this article be merged with Labour Hire, both articles are focused upon the same industrial law subject; and appear to have different terminology due to differences in regional English.
I'm proposing that Labour Hire be the eventual title, rather than Agency worker law, as Labour Hire is a broader term; that can also capture important facts about the labour hire industry, its controversies, and its uses; while also including a discussion of the legal aspects of agency work. This allows for a broader article than one that exclusively focuses upon the law of agency workers.
