While it relists facts from a public domain source (http://www.wood.army.mil/3chembde/history.htm), this section is a verbatim copy of the expression of those same facts by a third party (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/agency/army/3chem-bde.htm) which claims copyright. If you wish to dispute this assessment, I recommend bringing the case directly to WT:CP. The copyvio template has been added in accordance to the precautionary principle governing copyright issues.
