I'm considering a RM, but I don't think it's quite clear what the scope of this event will be yet, so I don't have any proposal yet. A related strike in the oil industry doesn't appear to have been too substantial, and some of the organizers are claiming it is people who want to overthrow the government
. Finally, the various highway blockades are probably more disruptive than the strike itself (though the article is unclear on that point still; I'll hopefully find out as I copy-edit and check Portuguese sources with Google translate).

- Thanks for the ping. A strike as I understand it is a "work stoppage" and if that's truly what this is then fine. My reading of it though is that they're setting up illegal road blocks which is a very different thing. If it's the latter, then "labor unrest" or similar would be more appropriate, and the lead should reflect the scope of their activities.
- Thanks for checking the Portuguese sources -- I started to but just lost interest. --LaserLegs (talk) 23:09, 1 June 2018 (UTC)
