Raquel Rutledge is an award-wining reporter of Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Rutledge’s series, “Cashing In on Kids” won the Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting[1] and Goldsmith Prize for Investigative Reporting[2] in 2010. Her work also won the Worth Bingham Prize for Investigative Reporting[3] and George Polk Awards[4] in 2009.
