The picture was taken from the South Norwalk side of the river (on the west bank), looking north at the bridge. The edge of the IMAX theater at the Maritime Aquarium of Norwalk can be seen on the left.
It appears that the "transferred by bot" notification was triggered by an admin-authorized bot used to automate time-consuming and repetitive tasks; thus there is no objection to putting the image in Commons.
