English: Located at 175 Fifth Ave in Manhattan, NYC, the 22-story triangular Flatiron Building was one of the tallest buildings in NYC when it completed in 1902. It was a precursor to today's NY skyscrapers. Its name is derived from its iconic "wedge" shape. This photo was taken on the afternoon of Jan 3, 2019. It was a clear, brisk winter afternoon. The morning clouds were breaking up, adding to the background effect.
