Summary
A brick wall that has had its cavity wall filled with insulation after construction. The arrows highlight the holes that were drilled in order to inject the insulation (glass fibre in this case). The holes were then filled with cement by hand. The slight difference in the colour of the new cement to the existing cement shows where the holes were.
